so i am not an addicted reader of Tom Friedman. i only read his op-ed when someone tells me that he has written a good one……which he really has. His piece, linked here, is amazingly on target. I so wish that North Americans could see the reality of their trajectory. it is painful to observe any great institution in the throes of self-delusional antics. it seems that Tom can.
