It&#039;s interesting that you raise the issue of intent as it was in fact one of the main reasons I struggled with the post during the editorial process.  I thought it was too quick to conclude that immigrants move because they want to, but as you point out that is rarely the case.  I support the overall spirit of the post, but fully agree with you that we need to elaborate on &quot;intent&quot;.  In fact, I think that will be our next post.   Thanks!
